Can I stay in the class to watch? 
Parents are welcome to stay in class quietly or even better, join in! This can be a joint activity strengthening the bond between you and your child whilst learning a self defense and fitness.
What is the minimum age?
We recommend anyone from 5+ as around this age is when focus & confidence starts to form
How much per lesson?
First lesson is free to see if it is the right class for you.
Thereafter £3 per child & £5 per adult 
What should I/My child wear?
Wear comfortable loose clothing, no jewellery before moving onto a white gi. Your instructor will point you in the right direction for the correct gi.
